CBRE Hotels has expanded its national hotel platform with the appointment of industry professional Taylor Morris as Senior Negotiator.
Mr McCracken is rejoining CBRE to take on the director role, bringing with him 20 years of valuation experience in the commercial real estate industry. He is registered in Queensland and Western Australia and has his CPV accreditation, meaning he will bring national management coverage rights with him to CBRE.

Ms Diwan has spent the past nine years with SAMHI Hotels, one of the largest institutional hotel real estate platforms in India, with a focus on investment appraisal and valuation, acquisitions and divestments, investment management and asset management across hotels and resorts.
Mr. Britvan joins CBRE from Hodges Ward Elliott, where he served as Group Head of Capital Markets since 2016.
Having been with CBRE Hotels since 2006, Miguel has extensive experience in the hospitality & hotels market and has closed numerous high-profile single hotel asset and portfolio transactions globally.
