CBRE has appointed Brett McCracken to lead its Management Rights Hotel Valuation & Advisory Services team.

Mr McCracken is rejoining CBRE to take on  the director role, bringing with him 20 years of valuation experience in the commercial real estate industry. He is registered in Queensland and Western Australia and has his CPV accreditation, meaning he will bring national management coverage rights with him to CBRE. He also brings rent roll valuations as a specialisation to the team.

CBRE is further strengthening its Management Rights team with the appointment of Associate Director, Ekaterina Ivandikova.

Ms Ivandikova worked at CBRE as an assistant valuer in 2014 before further developing her skills and experience in commercial property. She’s rejoining CBRE with over 10 years’ experience in the industry, primarily in management rights.

CBRE’s Management Rights Hotels team specialise in the valuation of revenues received from short-term holiday lettings in apartment buildings. The newly appointed duo will be servicing clients nationwide, based on the Gold Coast and in Brisbane.
