Hotelogix, a globally leading cloud-based hospitality technology provider, said Saudi Arabia's Casa Diora has selected its Hotel Property Management System to automate operations while complying with the Kingdom's National Tourism Monitoring Platform (NTMP) and The Zakat, Tax, and Custom Authority (ZATCA).
The Saudi-based hospitality entity ran its operations manually. As a result, it couldn’t share guest data with the National Tourism Monitoring Platform in real-time. Moreover, complying with The Zakat, Tax, and Custom Authority for e-Invoicing was another challenge for them.
Speaking about their decision to adopt Hotelogix, Anees Akram, Operation & Sales Director, at Casa Diora, said, "Complying with local regulations was our #1 objective and we were quick to realise that only modern cloud-based technology can help us achieve that. Hotelogix has also enabled the management at Casa Diora with a Mobile Hotel PMS App to keep track of hotel positions on the go. The solution is also integrated with a Channel Manager and Web Booking Engine to help sell more via OTAs and its brand website.
