Hotelogix, a globally leading cloud-based hospitality technology provider, said Landmark Hotels & Suites in the United Arab Emirates has upgraded its multi-property management system on the cloud for gaining centralized control over its hospitality business and to deliver exceptional guest service.

Landmark Hotels & Suites operates 750+ rooms across six full-service properties in Dubai. Since 1999, the group has been providing a distinct combination of affordability and quality hospitality to travelers visiting the UAE. Over time, the group has grown into a known entity focusing on developing, operating, and managing hotel projects.

According to Hameed Irfan, Group General Manager at Landmark Hotels & Suites, the organization previously relied on an on-premises solution for its six properties. However, they recognized the need to upgrade to a centralized management system to enhance control over business processes, improve efficiency, and maintain a comprehensive overview of operations from their corporate office. Additionally, they needed to modernize their distribution capabilities to increase sales via Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and Global Distribution Systems (GDSs) to boost revenue.
