The signing marks Nobu's third venture in Egypt, following the unveiling of Nobu Hotel, Restaurant, and Residences in both West Cairo and North Coast Egypt last summer.

Hilton (NYSE: HLT) today announced the signing of Hilton Cairo New Capital Tower, in partnership with Amazon for Urban Development. The new-build property is currently under construction and will occupy the top floors of the iconic, mixed-use tower sitting in the heart of Egypt?s highly anticipated New Administrative Capital (NAC).
Scheduled to open in early 2025, the resort will be situated in Port Phoenice on the Red Sea, a waterfront premier integrated resort community boasting luxury residents, golf estates, water activities, retail centers, hospitals, and schools and easily accessible from Marsa Alam International Airport (only 35 minutes' drive away).
Set to open in December 2026, the 300-key voco North Coast will include low-rise buildings, chalets and townhouses in a prime location, directly on the beachfront. As part of the DOSE Village North Coast secure gated community, the resort will be located on the front row of the development, offering 360 degrees of uninterrupted beach views.
The 283-key hotel will become the second Hyatt-branded hotel in Cairo’s Pyramids Heights Business Park, following the opening of Hyatt Regency Cairo West in 2021.
IHG Hotels & Resorts has strengthened its partnership with one of the leading developers in Egypt, Arkan Palm for Real Estate Investment, to build two more hotels in the capital city - InterContinental West Cairo 205 scheduled for a January 2028 opening and the voco West Cairo 205 Suites, set to open by June 2026.
