Limbert served as Red Roof's General Counsel for the previous eight years. He has been on the core leadership team that has guided the company throughout the pandemic.
Prior to joining Red Roof, Alex was Vice President of Revenue Generation and Distribution for Wyndham Destinations.
Most recently as Chief Business Development Officer for InnFocus Hospitality Solutions, he negotiated investment and third-party management contracts and provided oversight of hotel specific operations, sales and marketing plans and sales team performance.
Schaeffer joins Red Roof from G6 Hospitality, where he was Regional Director of Development.
Red Roof has promoted Regional Vice President of Operations, Neil Scott to Vice President of Sales and Operations, a dedicated position focused on accelerating the company's expansion into Canada.
Landgraf will manage hotel acquisitions and development. In her role, she will also act as a liaison between the company and hotel owners to facilitate hotel conversion opportunities for Red Lion.
In order to move its development plans forward quickly, Red Roof has implemented Team Grow, an increased franchise development staff. The team is comprised of experienced and passionate executives who collectively bring years of sales, development and management expertise to Red Roof.
Russell will oversee operations including all initiatives relative to quality, sales and finance for District 1 and report directly to Red Roof President, Andrew Alexander.
He will be responsible for leading the Franchise Development Directors in aggressively growing the brand and will report directly to Phil Hugh, Chief Development Officer. Previously Hostetler served as Senior Vice President of Franchise Development, Engel & Völkers USA in New York, NY.
