Bob W announced the launch of its fourth property in Tallinn, strengthening its presence in the Estonian capital while supporting the city's strategy to attract more international workers.
Bob W Kesklinn sits in a nine-storey building, spanning over 2,900 m2, located in the heart of the Arter Quarter — one of the most modern, integrated and sustainable developments in Estonia.
Positioned in a prime position for connectivity with excellent transport links, the property will provide employees of global companies with tech-led, sustainable short- and long-stay apartments, each incorporating the quality and service of a lifestyle hotel with the comforts of a real home.
This is Bob W’s fourth property in Tallinn and sixth property in Estonia, marking a significant growth across the country within the last five years.
Niko Karstikko, Co-founder & CEO of Bob W, said: “This new Bob W means Tallinn is one step closer to becoming an oasis for both digital nomads and international companies seeking best-in-class accommodation for their employees in the heart of Estonia’s capital city.
Not only will guests have access to all of the market-leading benefits of staying at a Bob W apartment, they will also have unparalleled access to high-quality amenities in this dynamic and innovative neighbourhood.
Bob W’s focus on integrating bespoke technology, local design and environmentally-friendly practices into each property is testament to our commitment to revolutionising hospitality for today’s travellers.”
Sustainability features of this near-zero energy project include the use of energy piles which cool the buildings during hotter weather and heat them during colder seasons. Buildings in the Arter Quarter are also connected to a district heating cooling network, a far less energy-intensive means than using gas boilers and air conditioning.
An average night at Bob W Kesklinn - which features an assortment of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments - emits between 24.53 kg and 90.19 kg CO2, all totally offset by Bob W for a carbon neutral stay.
The new property incorporates Bob W’s contactless technology, offering an enhanced digital front desk and app for easy self-service check-in and check-out, supported by 24/7 remote customer service. Bob W guests will also have access to a range of high-quality amenities across the Arter Quarter, including meeting rooms, co-creative areas, a library, courtyards, cafés and eateries and a 490 m2 rooftop garden on top of the 15-storey building. Other facilities include a sports club with a swimming pool, relaxation pools, saunas and an outdoor terrace, health and beauty services and childcare.
