Hilton (NYSE: HLT) has announced the signing of a management agreement with Amingiri Holdings Pvt Ltd, a hospitality focused subsidiary of Maldivian construction and real estate development company Amin Construction Pvt Ltd to launch the 109 all-villa Hilton Maldives Amingiri.
Set to open in 2019, the 198-room resort will be located in Emboodhoo Lagoon surrounded by white sands and cerulean seas.

Hong Kong based Asia Prestige Management (APM) had successfully secured Ranveli Island Resort in Dec 2017. The island is strategically located in South Ari Atoll of Maldives and only 25 minutes seaplane ride from Male City. The resort will be re-branded as Zazz Island Resort.
The property will be located within one of the Maldives' largest lagoons, Emboodhoo Falhu, a 20-minute speedboat ride from the airport.
Located on the southern part of Maldives' Alifu Dhaalu Atoll, Radisson Blu Resort Maldives is situated 105 kilometers from Male International Airport. The hotel is accessible within a 30-minute seaplane journey or by a domestic flight from the Maamigili Airport, followed by a 15-minute speedboat ride to the resort.
