Registration now open for co-located event with Worldwide ERC which offers attendees insights, education, networking and more
With business travel in Asia Pacific poised for continued transformation in the coming year and APAC business travel spending expected to reach $800 billion by 2027, the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA)returns to the region to again bring together the many voices across the sector at the 2024 GBTA APAC Conference, May 14-15 in Singapore.
As a follow-on to a successful joint effort and event in 2023, GBTA is again joining forces this year to co-locate the conference with the Worldwide ERC Global Mobility Summit to provide all delegates with unparalleled opportunities to learn and network across both conferences.
The 2024 GBTA APAC Conference will take place at the Raffles City Convention Centre – Singapore, bringing the business travel community in the region together to network, gain insights from industry experts, and engage in peer-to-peer education. The two-day conference will feature Main Stage speakers, regional thought leaders, buyer/supplier roundtables, education sessions and “The Big Idea” workshop, all focusing on key issues and prospects facing the business travel industry today.
“In 2024, GBTA will continue its focus on serving the unique needs and interests of APAC through a long-term strategy including the development of tailored programs and initiatives. We are again excited to co-locate our Singapore conference with Worldwide ERC which offers unique opportunities for connection and collaboration for business travel buyers, suppliers, and companies in the region,” said Catherine Logan, GBTA Regional Senior Vice President for EMEA and APAC.
GBTA has also welcomed seasoned hospitality practitioner Elle Ng-Darmawan, who joined the association in December 2023 as its new Regional Director for APAC. Based in Singapore and reporting to Logan, Ng-Darmawan brings extensive expertise in membership engagement, meetings, incentives, conferences, and events (MICE) sector and a deep understanding of the region to support GBTA’s initiatives. GBTA will also continue to leverage the expert advisement of its APAC Board of Directors in shaping its learning, community, and advocacy programs in the APAC market.
Registration for the GBTA APAC Conference 2024 is now open, and information is also available on exhibitor and sponsorship offerings.
