Pebblebrook Q2 Pro Forma RevPAR Increased 6.6 Percent; Pro Forma Hotel EBITDA Rose 8.2 Percent
Pro forma room revenue per available room in the second quarter of 2011 increased 6.6 percent over the same period of 2010 to $146.97. Pro forma average daily rate grew 8.7 percent from the second quarter of 2010 to $189.29, while Pro forma Occupancy decreased 1.8 percent to 78.5 percent.
