Accor announces the signing of a cooperation agreement with the Georgian development company Mardi Holding to open a new Mercure on the Black Sea coast in Batumi, Georgia.
Handwritten Collection in Batumi will occupy a new building on a territory of 80,000 square meters and offer 197 rooms, including suites. Its infrastructure will feature a modern fitness center, a gastronomic restaurant and meeting facilities.
Acco announces the signing of a cooperation agreement with the Georgian development company Mardi Holding to open the first hotel under the Novotel Living brand on the Black Sea coast in Batumi, Georgia.
The hotel will occupy a new four-storey building in Ruispiri Village in Telavi, Kakheti region, at an altitude of 615 meters above sea level.
Expected to open in 2025, the hotel will offer 180 guestrooms including 14 suites, a restaurant and lobby bar, fitness and spa facilities as well as 5,920 square feet (550 square meters) of event space.

Hilton Garden Inn Tbilisi Riverside will be situated on the banks of the Kura River, close to two of the city's universities, political ministries and a number of large corporate offices. The hotel will include 161 guestrooms, some of which will overlook the river, a bar and restaurant, as well as a fitness centre and two meeting rooms.
Scheduled to open in 2018, the 110-room newly constructed hotel will showcase modern architecture and design within the iconic Batumi Tower, a mixed-use development project that also includes a casino and unbranded residences.
