Radisson today announced that the historic Presidente Hotel, an iconic hotel in the city of Arequipa, Peru will become the Radisson Hotel Arequipa. The hotel will undergo a complete renovation and will reopen as one of the most modern and refreshed hotels in the city at the end 2015.
The $24 million hotel will be located adjacent to the city’s Jorge Chavez International Airport, and is being developed by the Pinasco family, who will also manage the hotel under the Operaciones Turisticas Peruanas S.A.C. entity.
the company has signed an agreement with Grupo Inversiones Hoteleras La Paz S.A.C (VyV Grupo Inmobiliario and Inverko Peru SAC, both with over twenty years of experience in the management, development and marketing of residential properties, office buildings and commercial and hotel equipment), to manage a new hotel under the TRYP by Wyndham brand, the TRYP Lima Miraflores.
