Google and ITA Software Sign Acquisition Agreement
ITA Software, Inc., a flight information software company, and Google Inc. (NASDAQ: GOOG) announced that they have signed a definitive agreement for Google to acquire ITA for $700 million in cash, subject to adjustments.
