El Conquistador Resort, The Waldorf Astoria Collection, Names Hotel Industry Veteran Dermot Connolly New Managing Director
Connolly, a seasoned hospitality industry veteran with over 30 years of experience, will be responsible for overseeing all of the resort’s many amenities, in addition to managing the overall daily operations of El Conquistador Resort, The Waldorf Astoria Collection and, its sister property, Las Casitas Resort, The Waldorf Astoria Collection.
