Hyatt Centric SouthPark Charlotte celebrated its grand opening June 10th in SouthPark, Charlotte’s premier retail and business district.
The Hilton Charlotte Airport features 28,300 square feet of newly renovated meeting space and is operated by Alpharetta, Georgia-based Atrium Hospitality.
The hotel is located by both I-95 and US-70, near Smithfield Community Park, and is easily accessible from Raleigh-Durham International Airport.
Hampton Inn by Hilton Smithfield Selma is located at 160 Towne Centre Place, near Carolina Premium Outlets, Ava Gardner Museum, Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Kobe Japanese Steak House and Sushi Bar, and Outback Steakhouse.
The brand now has nearly 50 hotels open or in the pipeline, with recent openings in Franklin, Tennessee; Rock Hill, South Carolina; and Beckley, West Virginia; and additional openings anticipated this year in Tallahassee, Florida; Salt Lake City, Utah; and Syracuse, New York.
Sandpiper Hospitality announced that the new WoodSpring Suites Charlotte - University Research Park is now open in North Carolina. The hotel is owned by Florida’s Liberty Investment Properties, Inc.
Strand Hospitality Services announced the opening Home2 Suites by Hilton Charlotte Belmont. The hotel was developed by Montcross Hawley Ave. LLC, which is made up of local investment partners Warren Norman Company, Belmont Land & Investment Company and Belmont Abbey.
The 130-room hotel is located just off I-485 in Charlotte, NC, less than a mile from the Northcrest Shopping Center and Northlake Mall.
