Acco today announces the signing of the 168-room TRIBE Kraków Stare Miasto in Poland. Expected to open in 2025, the new construction hotel will be located in the centre of Kraków, and will be the first hotel under the lifestyle TRIBE brand in the country.
The complex, located at 13 Jana Pawla II Avenue, will consist of two buildings connected by an above-ground walkway, Movenpick Hotel Gdynia with 176 rooms, and Waterhall Residence apartments.
Hilton (NYSE: HLT) has today confirmed a franchise agreement with TFG Hotels to develop Canopy by Hilton Warsaw. Opening in 2025, the newly developed 170 guest-room hotel will be Hilton's first lifestyle hotel in Poland, joining recent Canopy by Hilton openings in Cannes, Madrid, London and Paris.
Accor and Polski Holding Hotelowy Group announced a partnership to implement their first joint venture. Next year, Interferie Hotel Medical Spa Świnoujście, operated by PHH Group, will welcome its first guests under the Mövenpick brand from Accor's portfolio.

ATENOR and Ennismore announced the signing of TRIBE Warsaw Airport in FORT 7, a sustainable hotel development that will be in Warsaw's Włochy district, near Warsaw Chopin Airport.
Radisson Hotel Group plans to further expand its portfolio in Poland. Just this year, the Group opened the Andersia Hotel & Spa Poznań, a member of Radisson Individuals and Radisson RED Gdansk hotel already in the country. And further openings are planned for the coming months.
With the signing of the contract for a hotel in Krakow, the hotel group is expanding its portfolio in Poland. A MEININGER hotel is also currently being built in Warsaw. The opening of both hotels is planned for 2023.
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts announced its entry into Poland with the 205-room Wyndham Wroclaw Old Town. Managed by Mogotel Hotel Group the hotel is expected to open early next month and will be located in the heart of Wroclaw's city center.
