In a legal victory for entrepreneur Omar Amanat, Adrian Zecha, 81, renowned hotelier and founder of Amanresorts, has been reinstated by order of the High Court in London as CEO of Amanresorts.
A private investor group led by Peak Hotels & Resorts Group Ltd. announced that it has completed the acquisition of Amanresorts, the world’s premier international luxury hotel group, from DLF Global Hospitality Ltd.
The contemporary beach resort, consisting of 31 pavilions and five Aman Villas with magnificent views, will be Amanresorts' 26th property and its first in Vietnam, continuing the group's Southeast Asian expansion beyond its sister properties in Thailand, Laos and Cambodia.
