The Case - Two buildings in this full service airport hotel had fan coil units that were not providing efficient cooling and heating. The buildings were built in 1984. They consist of 164 guestrooms. Each guestroom is equipped with a Unilux vertical fan coil unit. The guestroom units are supplied by central chilled water and hot water.
