IHG Hotels & Resorts and Siam Sindhorn Co., Limited announced the first Vignette Collection hotel to open in Asia within the city of Bangkok. Sindhorn Midtown will join IHG's brand in March 2022.
The new Crowne Plaza Bangkok Rama 9 hotel will open in 2025 in a prime city location, close to the Thai capital’s new central business district.
The 386-room hotel will rebrand as Crowne Plaza Bangkok Grand Sukhumvit by end of 2021 following an extensive refurbishment, before adding additional rooms by 2023 which will make it the country’s largest Crowne Plaza hotel and the flagship for the brand.

Pan Pacific Hotels Group signed its first PARKROYAL Serviced Suites in Bangkok, Thailand with Phachara Suites Co. Ltd today. PARKROYAL Suites Bangkok will be opening in Q2 2019 and will be the Group's first property in the market.
Hotel will hold its last full day of operations in its current form on 5 January 2019.
