With over 20 years of hospitality experience, Doane brings a wealth of expertise from his previous senior executive roles with Fairmont Raffles Hotels International and most recently as Chief Commercial Officer at Accor North America.
Parrotta has a proven track record in operational management. During his 24-year tenure at Four Seasons, he held leadership positions across the country including Scottsdale, Jackson Hole, Aviara, Las Vegas and Chicago.
Omni Hotels & Resorts announced that Kurt Alexander has been appointed president of the company, replacing Peter Strebel, who will now take on the role of chairman of Omni Hotels & Resorts.

Omni Hotels & Resorts announced the promotion of Peter Strebel, a 30-year-plus veteran of the hospitality industry, to president effective immediately. The former chief marketing officer and senior vice president of sales has been appointed to the role after providing 20 years of senior leadership to the brand.
Imaizumi joins the Omni Dallas Hotel from Zoom Golf LLC, where he was founder and served as chief executive officer. In this role, he led strategic planning, capital fund raising and risk management for the organization, among other responsibilities.
Surette will oversee Omni’s global sales team as well as its field area and regional directors of sales and marketing to set budgets and reach business plan objectives. He will report to Peter Strebel, chief marketing officer and senior vice president of sales.
Caldwell has served as CEO for Omni Hotels & Resorts for the last 13 years, as well as president of TRT Holdings, Inc., a privately-owned, diversified holding company.
