We, who evaluate Service, may always be at odds as we assess delivery - what that means, what that looks like, the diagnostics we use, and how we feel (the senses). Usually, the results of excellent service are hearty 'well dones, plentiful compliments and, frequently, gratuities, sometimes galore. Poor service is met with silence, complaints and no or minimum monetary mementoes.
