Pro forma RevPAR for the three months ended September 30, 2015, increased 2.9% over the comparable period in 2014, driven by a Pro forma ADR increase of 5.2%, which was offset by a Pro forma Occupancy decrease of 2.2%. Excluding Houston, which experienced softness in the quarter, Pro forma RevPAR growth was 3.9%.
