The hospitality firm has signed an agreement with Smart Properties, an affiliate of one of Pakistan's leading real estate developers, Future Development Holdings (FDH), to operate Mövenpick Hotel & Residences Capital Smart City, Islamabad, which is expected to open in 2023.
Swiss International and Unicorn Prestige announced the signing of a Franchise Agreement for the luxury hotel, Royal Swiss Lahore. The hotel is nearing its construction completion and is scheduled to open its doors in March of 2019.
Sheraton Grand Lahore will feature 168 well-appointed guestrooms and comprise four food and beverage outlets, including a specialty restaurant. The hotel will also offer a fitness center with a swimming pool, a signature spa and ultra-modern meeting facilities including a 500 sqm ballroom.
Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H) announced last week plans to expand its Grand Hyatt and Hyatt Regency brands in Pakistan with the signing of management agreements by a Hyatt affiliate for four Hyatt-branded hotels: Grand Hyatt Islamabad, Hyatt Regency Karachi, Hyatt Regency Lahore, and Hyatt Regency Rawalpindi.
