HVS Executive Search announced the appointment of Axel Stadler as Vice President to their office in Hong Kong and Sofie Otto as Director of Administration Europe & Asia Pacific under the leadership of Florian Kittler, Managing Director-Europe & Asia Pacific.
Looking to expand in one of Europe’s strongest hotel markets, HVS has appointed Alexander Bock as director for Germany. Based in the Frankfurt area, he will be responsible for the German-speaking markets and expanding HVS’s footprint therein.
Prior to founding the HVS Americas Brokerage & Advisory Division, Eric held positions at CBRE Hotels and Marcus & Millichap, where he executed hotel transactions in the South-Central United States. Eric is a licensed real estate broker in Texas, Louisiana, Colorado, New Mexico, and Florida.
Prior to joining HVS, Daniel was a Senior Managing Director and Securities Principal at Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Hospitality Group, where he focused on expanding the Hospitality Group’s investment sales, debt, equity and structured finance business including programmatic joint ventures and investment funds.
HVS announced that Matthew C. Panosh has been promoted to Vice President of the HVS Hotel & Asset Management division. Matt is based in Denver, Colorado.
Prior to joining HVS, Emil was a Director at Marcus & Millichap, where he was responsible for securing debt and equity financing for full-, select-, and limited-service hotels, as well as resort hotels and golf courses nationwide. Earlier, he was a Vice President at HVS Capital Corp. He began his real estate career with Jones Lang Wootton Asia-Pacific.
