Apple Hospitality REIT Acquires Portfolio of Three Hotels for $126 Million

The portfolio consists of the existing 157-room Hilton Garden Inn Fort Worth Medical Center in Fort Worth, Texas, for a total purchase price of $29.5 million, or approximately $188,000 per key; the existing and recently renovated 112-room Homewood Suites by Hilton Fort Worth Medical Center in Fort Worth, Texas, for a total purchase price of $21.5 million, or approximately $192,000 per key; and the existing 243-room Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Portland Pearl District in Portland, Oregon, for a total purchase price of $75 million, or approximately $309,000 per key.

Apple Hospitality REIT, Inc. (NYSE: APLE) yesterday announced the acquisition of the 157-room Aloft Hotel on the waterfront in downtown Portland, Maine, for a total purchase price of $51.2 million, or approximately $326,000 per key.

Hyatt Place Greenville Downtown, South Carolina Sold for $30 Million

Apple Hospitality REIT, Inc. (NYSE: APLE) announced yesterday the acquisition of the 130-room Hyatt Place in downtown Greenville, South Carolina, for a total purchase price of approximately $30 million, or approximately $231,000 per key.

AC Hotel by Marriott in Portland, Maine Sold for $66.8 Million

Apple Hospitality REIT, Inc. (NYSE: APLE today announced the acquisition of the 178-room AC Hotel by Marriott in Portland, Maine, for a total purchase price of approximately $66.8 million, or approximately $375,000 per key.

Apple Hospitality REIT Sells 20 Hotels for $211 Million

Flynn Properties Inc, owner of commercial real estate, luxury resorts and select service hotel properties in America and abroad, in a joint venture with Värde Partner today announced that it has acquired 20 select service hotels – 11 Marriott and nine Hilton branded locations – in a $211 million deal with Apple Hospitality REIT (NYSE: APLE).
