NEEBC was formed in 1979 by a steering committee with a vision to create a forum for discussion and informational exchange in the employee benefits field. NEEBC places special emphasis on opening communication between individuals in benefits and related professions: highlighting business, economic and legislative trends as they impact the employee benefits arena, and fostering sound procedures, principles and practices in all areas of employee benefits.
