• Pinnacle Suites in the United Kingdom Adopts Cloud with Hotelogix to Digitize Hotel Operations   

Hotelogix, a globally leading cloud-based hospitality technology provider, said that Pinnacle Suites in the United Kingdom has adopted its Cloud Hotel Property Management System (Hotel PMS) to automate and streamline daily operations, boost guest experience and drive business growth.

Pinnacle Suites Hotel, a newly constructed luxury accommodation, is in the heart of Cowes on the Isle of Wight. Located close to the RedJet Passenger Ferry Terminal and neighbouring the Cowes Yacht Haven marina, the property is an ideal destination for discerning travellers. It offers a selection of opulent mezzanine suites, elegant standard king rooms, and specialized crew rooms. The property enjoys excellent guest reviews and ratings on all leading OTAs.

Speaking about adopting technology and explaining further about selecting Hotelogix, Zoe & Steve, Owners at Pinnacle Suites said, "We are a brand new property, and we were pretty clear about picking up a Cloud Hotel PMS. Hotelogix has integrated its Hotel PMS with a Channel Manager solution to help the hotel sell more via multiple Online Travel Agencies (OTAs). Additionally, it has offered a Web Booking Engine to empower them to drive direct bookings via the hotel's website. The UK-based property has also opted for the Hotelogix Mobile PMS App, which allows them to execute tasks and keep an eye on hotel positions while on the go. Moreover, the built-in Point of Sale (POS) functionality enables the hotel to manage two outlets for additional non-room revenue.
