Josh Williams Named Senior Managing Director for the HVS North America Brokerage & Advisory Division

HVS announced the expansion of its North America Brokerage & Advisory division with the addition of Josh Williams as Senior Managing Director. 

Josh brings extensive, long-term industry relationships and nearly two decades of investment sales experience. He has participated in over 260 hotel transactions, totaling an aggregate value of $2.2 billion. Josh is client-focused and is known for maximizing value for each of his clients.  He knows how to execute deals, even in the face of potential obstacles.

Josh was previously part of the National Hospitality Group at Marcus & Millichap. He was also co-founder and Senior Managing Director of Paramount Lodging Advisors. His personal hotel investment background combined with his extensive brokerage background offers a unique, in-depth perspective on hotel transactions. He is well versed in like-kind exchanges, lender requirements and dynamics, franchise negotiations, general diligence, and distressed deal management.
