The School of Business Management of NYP will utilize TrustYou to educate learners in the Hospitality and Tourism Management Programmes

The agreement was made through a Memorandum of Understanding and will take effect in the upcoming semester commencing April 2023.

TrustYou will provide access to its industry-leading online reputation management (ORM) platform to NYP learners and staff, allowing them to gain hands-on experience in analyzing and utilizing real data from hotels and their guests. This will enable NYP to enhance its curriculum with relevant case studies and examples, showcasing how the hospitality industry uses feedback to drive business performance and guest satisfaction.
