A Singapore national, Rosmalia comes to Wyndham with more than 30 years of experience driving revenue improvements and creating cross-sector partnerships in a range of industries including hospitality, business services, property development and education across Asia and the Middle East.
Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific announced the appointment of Rosmalia Hardman as the new Director of Revenue, Sales and Marketing for Wyndham’s managed properties across South East Asia.
Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific is a division of Wyndham Destinations (NYSE: WYND), whose Asia Pacific subsidiaries oversee a collection of more than 45 hotel and resort properties across Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Indonesia and Thailand.
From the company’s corporate office in Singapore, Rosmalia will lead a team focusing on building strategic marketing campaigns, strengthening revenue channels and driving sales growth at Wyndham’s collection of properties in South East Asia, including Wyndham Grand Phuket Kalim Bay, Wyndham Tamansari Jivva Resort Bali and Wyndham Sea Pearl Resort Phuket.

“Rosmalia’s deep knowledge of the Asia Pacific markets will be a key asset as we focus on raising the profile of our hotels and resorts within the region, and ensuring the successful introduction of new properties to our portfolio in the future, like Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta in January 2019,” said Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific Regional Director of Operations Michael Burchett.
“We are confident in her ability to lead a strong team who will develop distinct and effective sales and marketing methods to drive occupancy,” he added.
Prior to her appointment, Rosmalia was Chief Brand and Marketing Officer at SIS Group of Schools in Indonesia where she was instrumental in forging high-level partnerships with business and corporate leaders and developing successful student enrolment programs.
She developed extensive experience in marketing and sales in the hospitality industry through senior executive roles in leading international companies like Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Melia Hotels, Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts and Kempinski Hotels.
She also worked as the Chief Marketing Officer at property developer, PT Lippo Karawaci, where she oversaw the robust expansion of Aryaduta Hotel Group.
Rosmalia is fluent in Bahasa and, outside of work, devotes her time and effort to philanthropic work for Mentor MicroBank Foundation and AidHub International.
